Website Technical Support and Maintenance

Site maintenance after launch: updates, backups, uptime monitoring, fixing outages, small tweaks. What's included, what to expect on timing, and what you handle yourself.

Launching a site isn't the end of the work. The platform and environment get updated, browser and search-engine requirements change, and things break. Technical support exists so you don't have to deal with any of that.

What's Included

  • Uptime monitoring. We check that the site responds and react to outages without waiting for a call from you.
  • Updates. Platform, environment, certificates. On Shopnseo the engine updates centrally — noticeably simpler than maintaining a custom-built site.
  • Backups. Regular, with restore verification, plus a separate copy before major changes.
  • Fixing outages. A form stops working, email breaks, a page throws an error — we investigate and fix it.
  • Small tweaks. A new section, a form field, a display setting — things too small to count as a separate project.
  • Security. Access restrictions, updates, investigating suspicious activity.

Response Times

We don't promise "a response in 30 minutes, around the clock" — a small studio physically can't staff an on-call shift, and promising that would be dishonest. Here's what's real: if the site is down or not accepting submissions, we take it on immediately, the same business day; everything else goes in queue order, usually within a few days. We nail down exact terms at the start.

What You Handle Yourself

Site content — text, pages, products, news — is edited in the control panel without a developer, and that's deliberate: nobody should have to pay just to change a phone number in the header. If there's nobody to handle content, that's a separate job our partner studio seoforger.ru does.

Supporting a Site on the Platform

A site on Shopnseo is easier to maintain than a custom-built one: the engine is shared and updates centrally, so fixes and improvements arrive with the platform instead of requiring separate development.

What stays on us is everything specific to your project: we monitor uptime, update the environment, keep backups, and investigate when something breaks. Content edits — text, articles, listings — you handle yourself in the panel, or hand off to seoforger.ru.

For small projects without an in-house developer, there's a separate format — monthly website technical support.
