We're a web development studio: we build and launch sites on the Shopnseo platform, customize them for the client's needs, and keep the technical side in order. Below are the roles actually involved in the work, and what each one is responsible for.
Project manager. A single point of contact. Gathers requirements at the briefing, tracks timelines and milestones, shows interim results, and makes sure you never get the feeling of "handed it off and heard nothing since."
Developer. The core role. Configures the site's instance on the platform, edits layout templates and styles, and connects forms, the catalog, the account dashboard, and anything that can't be handled through panel settings alone.
Platform integrator. Sets the site up in the control panel, migrates structure and content from an old site, configures page addresses, the sitemap, and the connection to Yandex.Webmaster and Google Search Console.
Tester. Checks the site before handover: forms actually send, links don't 404, pages open properly on a phone, speed doesn't drop.
Technical SEO specialist. Responsible for the technical side of search — indexing, duplicate URLs, markup, speed. We don't handle content promotion — that's the partner studio's work.
One person often covers two roles — we're a small studio and don't pretend to be an assembly line. The exact team for your project is named at the briefing, along with the timeline.
What we don't do
Design. Exclusive brand design — the KB77 web design studio. At the Start and Standard tiers, the platform's standard templates are used, so a separate designer isn't needed there.
Copy and content promotion. Content work, editing, and content SEO — the seoforger studio.
The cost of the work and monthly maintenance is on the pricing page.
